Psychometric Evaluations
Our organisation has access to psychometric evaluations which include tests for: Management Development & Competency evaluations, Personality Profiling, Selection of Sales Personnel, Emotional Intelligence, Team Roles, as well as Power and Performance Measures (basic skills evaluations).

Reference Checking
We perform a detailed reference check which covers skills, performance, character referencing and ethical conduct.  We also offer further in depth verifications through the use of Kroll.
